Right of Withdrawal

This is an English translation of the German-language right-of-withdrawal notice governing this Austria-based service; the German version is legally binding. This notice is based on Austrian and EU consumer law.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of digital content or digital services within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Note: Purchases through the App Store are processed by Apple. You can also request refunds directly from Apple, usually faster, via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. If payment was made through Apple, the refund will be processed through Apple.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

For digital content and digital services, your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance, provided that you have

• expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
• confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

By unlocking and immediately using Zugkraft Pro, you give this consent.
